| Description: | This is the best end-of-winter party, around! Take a breath-taking drive, 38 miles from Boise, down Scenic Byway, Hwy 21, and arrive in Historic Idaho City, in time to sample some of the state's finest chili, cooked up on-site, by more than a dozen seasoned chefs. Chili served at Noon. Vote for your favorite team's chili and see how your taste compare with the judges'. There will be beer, vendors, raffle, silent auction, live music, and a big bunch of people having fun, celebrating the coming of spring. Tickets will go on sale at the event at 11:00am or buy your tickets and 2019 Commemorative Chili Cup online at ********.*** and bypass the ticket sales line. There is still time to sign-up to compete or sponsor the event online or by email boardmembers@********.***. Come early, stay late, and enjoy all the fun. Proceeds benefit the Idaho City Community and local tourism. | ||
